Joined Michael Page in 1997 and has subsequently recruited at director level across accounting, front office banking, oil and gas technical and engineering, human resources, engineering and general management. Matthew held various state and national director roles within the Australian business and in 2007 was transferred to Dubai to run Michael Page's Middle East operations. Prior to joining Michael Page Matthew worked in the oil and gas industry as corporate financier with BHP Billiton.
