Local Brokerage house in Qatar
Sets and manages the implementation of strategic goals and objectives of the Company and its units, provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives, and shares responsibility for the delivery of all programs, products and services and the effective overall operation of the company.
He will also contribute to the profitability and delivery of companywide key performance indicators, contribute to the growth of the brokerage business and ensure adequate profitability against set targets. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from Company's services. Develop and implement strategies for new products and services. Plan and organize all financial services operations and be responsible for all personnel. Timely reporting of Financial and other relevant information to both internal as well as external customers. Maintain a strong relationship with QFMA, QE and other players in the financial services market. Represent the Company vis-à-vis clients, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. Take steps for managing the Company's risks as per the Board approved Risk Management Framework.
The Successful Applicant
Postgraduate degree - ESSENTIAL
Trading, Sales & Brokerage experience - at least 10 years, preferably 15+
Aged between 40-50 years
knowledge of the GCC market - preferred
