Job Description

Manage Operations and Technology for the Bank

Deliver multidisciplinary projects and programs

implement strategic initiatives including Technology projects, Offshoring, Outsourcing and setting up processes, metrics and SLAs for IT Service level management

Operations includes Client Onboarding, Securities Settlements, Asset Servicing, Payments, Front Office Support etc

Roll out Six Sigma programs across the Bank

The Successful Applicant

GCC Banking experience essential - candidates without this will not be considered

Management experience essential

In-depth experience and expertise in Markets Operations covering Trade processing and settlement across multiple asset classes (Securities, Funds, Structured Products, FX, Money Market) and Payments processing.

Must have manged both Operations and technology teams previously

Able to live and work in Qatar
