To provide leadership, management and vision to ensure that the company has in place proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure operating efficiency and growth, in line with the objectives of the company.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
In coordination with the CEO, develop and formulate strategic directions for the business.
Ensure that the internal controls and reporting systems in place are in sync with the strategic and growth plans of the company.
Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all executives to ensure continuous development and management of a professional and efficient organization.
General Management & Operations
Support the CEO in taking effective decisions.
Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Motivate and lead a high performance management team; attract, recruit, reward and retain required members of the executive.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and work of other departments, including HR, IT, Marketing, Sales etc.
Coordinate with the CFO to ensure that existing business/development plans are financially supported.
Keep abreast of market trends regarding competition, customer preferences etc.
Liaise with local regulatory authorities.
Represent the company with clients, investors, and business partners

Required Education and Experience
Master's degree in business or related field.
Fifteen years of operational experience out of which ten years is in a senior management position
Background in Real Estate and Retail
