About Our Client

Leading FMCG organisation are looking to enter the Iranian market.

Job Description

You're main responsibilities will be but no limited to the following:-

  • Managing the performance of the business in Iran
  • Conduct market research of the Iranian market and compile strategies to achieve volume
  • Analysing sales statistics in order to formulate sales policies
  • Constant interactions and developing good relations with distributors
  • Monitor performance and set targets across all channels
  • Discuss and manage the assigned annual budget and complete P&L responsibility
  • Manage a team of sales personnel, review their performance and guide them in increasing sales volume
  • Monitor competitor initiatives and secure data from the market
  • Occasionally assist in the recruitment process for sales managers and sales personnel

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally 7-10 years of experience in the FMCG industry
  • Must be based in Iran or have previous experience in Iran and willing to relocate
  • Experience with managing distributors is essential
  • P&L responsibility
  • Degree educated
