My client is a Multinational Oil and Gas firm that trades in more than 90 countries.

Job Description

For the Customer Service Specialist role, my client is looking for the following

  • Receive orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, and enter orders into the system.
  • Place purchase orders and confirm sale/buy prices.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers. Arrange equipment, loading/unloading scheduling and requirements.
  • Communicate with customer on shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, product/shipping documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation.
  • Forecast, gather, input and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement, and ensures product availability for future orders/shipments.
  • Enter data into system for invoicing.
  • Track and trace movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates and transit times, schedule future orders.
  • Maintain and update system database regarding customers, products, suppliers, pricing.

The Successful Applicant

For the role of customer service specialist the following is required :-

  • Must be fluent in Turkish
  • Must have experience in Oder-To-Cash cycle
  • UAE experience is preferable
  • Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in import/export or trade assistant role
