About Our Client
You will join the corporate office of this long standing and well established brand.
Solely managing and collating all diaries, booking complex global travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events and processing expenses. As you will act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for the corporate office, confidentiality and discretion are extremely important. The successful candidate must be accustomed to liaising with stakeholders and managing internal and external communication.
The Successful Applicant
The role will provide stability and growth and in turn the organisation are looking for commitment and dedication.
- You must have at least 4 year's experience supporting C level ideally within a MNC
- The successful candidate must be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills and be extremely well presented
