Ensure effective revenue management through the prudent use of budgeting and accounting processes for the key activities of purchasing, cost controls, payroll and inventory.
Ensure accurate monthly inventory and forecasts timely purchase orders.
Manage all F & B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and highest standards
Lead and develop F & B Menu, point of sale system, dining room layout, service procedures and standards of Operation development.
Competitive and timely analysis of F & B Prices benchmarking on direct competitors
Develop a thorough understanding and grasp of local, regional and international's best practices and ensure the adaptation and implementation across the F & B Operations.
Define, direct and implement operational strategies that drive and optimize the achievement of targeted budget performance and sales growth.
Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to their concerns
Preserve excellent level of internal and external customer service
Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide overall direction, coordination and ongoing evaluation of operations in order to identify opportunities for enhancement with emphasis in motivating staff and teamwork to achieve group targets.
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Develop and gain approval for budgets, capital improvement plans, revenue forecasts and sales analysis in order to optimize the achievement of agreed targets.
Develop and gain approval for innovative marketing plan that facilitate the achievement of revenue, profit and market share targets.
Implement and assess monthly and annual calendar of special events and newsletter in order to establish effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Timely submission of report to the management on sales results and productivity
Report and rectify any deficiencies in equipment and facilities
Perform other related duties as required
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Food Service Management or related field
Minimum of 10 years' relevant hands-on work experience in F & B, at least 5-7 years in management position with a multi-cultural environment in a multi-national organization
Experience of setting up and F&B business from scratch, knowing what is required and where to source various products
