Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and strategic direction for the company
  • Coordinating all Food & Beverage activities for the company, in accordance with its goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement the strategies, plans, policies, procedures, organisational structure and budgets required for carrying out the operational requirements of the company
  • Develop and prepare the necessary business documentation and solicit the short-listed potential operating partners or service providers through the company's competitive process
  • Negotiate, execute and manages contracts with service providers
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's policies, procedures and controls so that all the relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

  • Commercially focused, entrepreneurial individual with a strong hospitality and food & beverage aptitude and broad business competence
  • Proven P&L experience managing a hospitality business
  • Minimum of 12 years progressive experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations
  • Track record demonstrating excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills within the hospitality arena
