Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Global Sales will be an individual contributor with the following responsibilities:

  • Develop short, mid & long term business development strategies to tap into potential clients across the globe
  • Be able to define and target growth opportunities by prioritising sales and business opportunities across different regions as a 3PL enabler
  • Leading the sale of value added services and UAE commercial storage as a 3PL enabler across multiple verticals
  • Defining sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge and innovative outlook on the market
  • Develop and maintain long term customer relationships
  • Travel extensively to targeted countries for business development purposes and fostering partner relations

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a sales/business development capacity at a 3PL enabler, commercial property consultancy or a leading 3PL organisation
  • Track record of selling value added services & products to 3PL clients is preferable
  • Track record of working with multinational 3PL companies and end clients at a regional or multi-geography level
  • An extensive network and customer base across multiple geographies
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders in the industry
  • Bachelors' Degree from a recognised University
