About Our Client
Our client is a premium fashion jewelry brand.
Full operational responsibility for ALL SALES ACCOUNTS
- Reach top line targets per account and business year discussed and approved by director
- Implement and further improve business management processes to monitor and manage all accounts efficiently, especially in regards to sales and stock transparency.
- Regularly monitors, analysis and discusses the performance of the accounts and the competitors with the Manager and initiates corresponding actions.
- Ensures correct margin application in collaboration with the back-office team and implements best possible product assortments
Ensures that the POP is in line with central strategy and guidelines
- Responsible for the implementation of product assortments and VM standards in all POPs in partnership with the accounts
- Drives possible new visual merchandising needs and marketing concepts according to the centrally specified strategy and in alignment with the Head of Marketing.
- Advises the Head of Marketing about current results and future needs regarding local marketing activities in the Middle East region
- Drives and owns the Distribution Master Plan for the Middle East Region
- Finds locations/ partners according to distribution plan and qualitative requirements
- Coaches and supports during opening process/ defines initial order and right assortment
- Ensures consistent application of defined strategy for the different distribution channels
- Performance oriented management: Leads all direct reports with quantitative and qualitative targets, ensures measurement and appropriate feedback and yearly dialogues.
- Defines key performance indicators and benchmarks.
- Manages and coaches the team members and the team
- Ensures the team understands and implements the brand strategy.
- Ensures a consistent application of the defined management approach for the different distribution channels.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 year's experience in similar position
- Retail background a must
- Experience in the Middle East region required
- Arabic fluency is ideal
