Problem Solving and Decision Making: Knows when to escalate a difficult situation.
Root Cause Analysis: Performs basic data analysis using systems/applications and reports out any practical conclusions.
Prioritisation Skills and Multitasking Ability: Performs activities based on management guidance around priorities.
Communication: Updates leadership on issues and progress related to assigned work.
Conflict Resolution: Provides leadership with the appropriate information to resolve the conflict
Comply with the unit policies and procedures.
Comply with work schedules (if applicable).
Comply with assigned responsibilities.
Recommend procedure change to improve efficiency.
Comply with motivation plans to ensure achievement of work goals.
Attend and evaluate training's.
Perform data entry to ensure the preparation of performance reports.
The Successful Applicant
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a field related to the specialisation of the role and 3 years related or administrative experience with at least 1.5 of the 3 years at a similar level of responsibility.
Professional body accreditation by exam. 2 years of related or administrative experience in a large health care setting.
English - Advanced
Arabic - Preferred
