About Our Client
One of the largest financial institutions in the world.
Will be required to liaise with the relevant line managers or departments/department heads based outside of Saudi Arabia.
Recruitment: Source canddiates in coordination with the EMEA recruitment team.
Training and Development: As the local point of contact, ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements.
Compensations and benefits: Collect local market feedback and information regarding the current compensation and benefits market.
Performance Management: Promotions (title or pay wise), career development, poor performers, disciplinary action as and when required.
Internal Mobility: Transfer or relocation of employees; and ensure all legal and compliance documents are in place.
Employee relations: Escalating issues as and when appropriate; providing guidance regarding employee issues; local liaisons with Legal and employees when necessary
Payroll: Handle all payroll duties appropriately (Registrations, calculations, payments, etc)
Laws: Ensure all policies and guidelines are in line with the local labour law and regulations.
Other HR related responsibilities depending on the business needs and requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Bilingual is a must (Arabic and English)
Minimum 2 years HR experience (MNC preferable)
Business Administration or HR degree preferable
Strong interpersonal, influential and judgement skills.
Problem identification, analysis and solving.
Hands-on, involved and invested, self motivated, attention to detail, a team player.
