- COSHH working knowledge, CIEH training experience.
About Our Client
Global catering company.
Developing & review the existing food safety management program in accordance with the Hospital's requirement. Preparation & review of Risk assessment for task as well as equipment's, review of COSHH & Environmental assessment (Environmental aspects & impacts). Assessment of the selected catering staff for the different knowledge level. Schedule CIEH training (External) for food safety and health & safety for all the selected staff. Scheduling & Conducting of on job training for Managerial and Supervisory level of staff.
The Successful Applicant
Master Degree in Food Science/Microbiology or related with Minimum 5 years of experience with Similar position in Health care Industry or related.
