About Our Client
A reputable company with a well established local presence.
Assist in drafting of employment contracts, filing of records, monitoring and recording all leave related requests, and draft HR related letters to local contract personnel only.
Involved in the process of employment visa applications
Coordinate staff expense claims related to benefits and liaise with the Finance Departments
Assist in drafting of HR reports, relocation activities and other administrative tasks under the supervision of the HR coordinator
General administrative support to the Legal Coordinator
The Successful Applicant
Minimum requirement of a Bachelors degree
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills. Multilingual a plus.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
High attention to detail, confidentiality, deadlines. Must be tactful when dealing with sensitive matters.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
