About Our Client

On behalf of my client a leading International Law firm with a strong presence in the Region I am recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary for the firms offices in Dubai.

As well as a well known and respected name to place on your CV, it's a chance for a legal secretary to grow and develop a range of legal PA and organisation skills.

Job Description

Supporting the fee earners by ensuring all routine typing / administrative processes are undertaken along with co-ordinating diary commitments such as meetings and appointments.

Organising all travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels etc.

Preparing correspondence through audio typing and word processing with speed and accuracy.

Proof read all work, ensuring spelling and grammar is perfect.

Dealing with routine post, drafting straight-forward documents / items as appropriate.

Administer filing including daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the procedures contained within the office manual.

Attending to clients in person or on the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly way and ensuring the firm's standards for client care are maintained.

The Successful Applicant

The chosen candidate will have:

Strong communication skills

Fluency in English

Proven experience in a secretarial role within a legal environment

Extremely organised with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
