About Our Client
Regional Security firm with offices in Qatar
Develop and execute the Technical Services strategy for The client in line with the overall objectives of the organization.
Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures and frameworks to support the effective delivery of the Technical Services activities including reporting processes on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for tracking project and function deliverables and costs against projections and agreed KPIs.
Lead the preparation of, secure approval for and monitor and control Technical Services budgets across the Division to ensure that costs are contained through the provision of a cost-effective service.
Manage end-to-end corporate and government client relationships including identifying their technical services/security system requirements, contract negotiations to delivering the required service.
Lead the technical portion of the sales bid proposal and support the sales in the commercial negations.
Manage and lead the overall delivery of technical services systems/solutions to the corporate and government clients ensuring exceptional services and standards in line with The client mission and vision.
Liaise with the various Divisions and Departments within The client and ensure that there is an appropriate level collaboration and communication to ensure smooth running of the Technical Services operations.
Ensure that all preventive security systems designed, installed and recommended meet the best industry practices and in line with set standards of The client.
Handle any major issues with the clients ensuring that they are resolved in a manner that does not affect the relationship with The client.
Represent The client at conference, attended seminars and keep abreast with the latest development and trend within the security services industry.
Coordinate with the HR Department to update the training modules and define the training needs of the security guards.
Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to follow up smooth running of activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions.
Review all reports prepared by subordinates and prepare periodic reports with respect to the Technical Services Division activities and achievements to be submitted to the Chief Operations Officer.
Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommend necessary actions as per the applied practices.
Recommend training needs of subordinates and evaluate the outcomes of training courses in coordination with HR.
Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications
Master's Degree in a relevant field or any equivalent degree
CPP, PSP or any equivalent Certification
10 years + of relevant work experience in management position within the Security Services industry
What's on Offer
circa 25 -28,000 QAR per month inclusive
