About Our Client

o Development and implementation of strategies to meet client service requirements and maintain a dynamic and committed continuous improvement approach.
o Be responsible for the cost effective rostering of full time and casual staff levels.
o Ensure an accurate stock-take is undertaken on a quarterly basis along with management and maintenance of all equipment.
o Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate services are rendered to all areas.
o Participate in Interviewing, selection, hiring, evaluation, and recommending termination of personnel in accordance with company standards.
o Orientate, train, develop, and supervise of all supervisory staff under span of control.
o Regularly inspect and evaluate physical condition of equipment's and facilities; recommend repairs, additions and disposals... etc.
The Successful Applicant
Should have relevant experience of 5-7 years as an Operation Manager/ GM in a Cleaning Services business in 5-star hotels, hospitals, retail Mall and medical unit.
Bachelor Degree (Min.) in Hospitality, Business Administration or other related fields. PMP (Project Management Professional)
Good command over Hindi and English with Arabic will be added advantage, GCC driving license and experience must
