About Our Client

Our client, a large player in the property development, is hiring a Procurement Specialist responsible for the FM (Facilities Management) category.

Job Description

  • Close collaboration with the Facilities Management (FM) team and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and based on the information and ensure that procurement activities adhere to company policy
  • Act as a lead representative for FM procurement in contact with a good variety of suppliers across the region
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers as well as evaluating new and potential suppliers related to FM
  • Process vendor RFP and RFQ in order to identify and source potential vendors and evaluate their proposals while negotiating terms
  • Maintain all documents related to FM procurement (i.e. negotiation bids, contracts and tender documents)
  • Further related tasks related to FM procurement

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement or Finance (or related discipline)
  • CIPS qualification is desirable
  • 4-5 years' experience in Procurement and minimum 2 years managing the FM category
  • Strong Procurement experience in Facilities Management is a must
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of Oracle is desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player, dynamic and very reliable
