About Our Client
Our client is a well known multinational catering catering company.
Take responsibility for the overall contract management and oversee portering services and housekeeping.
Producing reports in a timely manner including but no limited to financial operating reports,PFI &SLA contractual obligations, payroll audits and security of cash, health and safe, and food safety.
Full ownership of operations including restaurants, patient catering, organising and overseeing corporate functions and liaising with external catering suppliers across the industry. Knowledge opening/reopening of new restaurants/cafes within a hospital environment.
6 day work week.
The Successful Applicant
5 years of hospital experience.
Minimum of 10 years experience in catering environment.
Minimum 5 years catering within a hospital environment.
Solid operation management experience.
Will also consider project management candidates.
