Ensure customer service employees are properly handling customer requests/ inquiries.
Ensure monthly targets for Branch Sales though dedicated Sales Agent/s.
Review customer application and relevant documentation.
Review and resolve customer queries and issues.
Liaise with different departments internally for customer resolutions.
Follow up with customers for documentation completion.
Forward all application documentation, forms or requests (application form, documentation, fees acknowledgement, offer letter, contracts, payment schedule, promissory note, reschedule/ skip payment/early settlement requests etc…) to head office for further processing
Ensure employees are proposing other financing alternatives in case customer failed to qualify
Review customer requests for rescheduling, skip payments, early loan settlement, account maintenance etc.
Review customer signature on approved payment re-schedule
Review loan forms (offer letter, contracts, payment schedule, and promissory note) and ensure they are signed by the customer after accepting the initial offer and sent to operation.
Ensure proper follow up is done on missing documentation.
Ensure rejection reason is logged in case the customer does not qualify.
Ensure customers are informed in case the application gets rejected.
Ensure customer is informed of any submitted requests results.
Perform a preliminary analysis and screening on loan requests, and secure the required information and documentation.
Assist clients and handle their complaints.
Prepare & recommend Business exception reports wherever necessary.
Ensure proper records are maintained for customer queries, complaints, issues & our resolutions.
Track the payments received by customers (i.e. fees, down payments etc.) and also maintain records of POS transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal processes & controls.
File weekly MIS of cases logged, approved, rejected & booked.
Follow-up admin. issues with the staff (Ensure employees attendance, Ensure proper branch attendance and decorum, scheduling vacations, training sales representatives on marketing company's products)
Daily meeting with sales representatives for proper guiding
Discussing direct sales performance with sale representatives
Reviewing performance of direct sales on weekly & monthly basis & sending reports to head office
Reviewing agreements and related documents that will be signed by the customer before completion of purchasing the residential unit from the original owner.
Sending & follow up with the head office to ensure receipt of the original deeds that have been transferred to the company name
Handing over financed property to concerned customer as per policy.
Any other post sales services requested by customers.
The Successful Applicant
ex Retail Banker or residential Real Estate sales experience
At lest 2 years in a management or supervisory role
What's on Offer
20-25,000 SAR per month + commission on sales of up to 100%
