The company is a manufacturer and supplier of technical products. It has a great market share in the industry especially in the UAE market. It serves various facilities across the globe. The company is headquartered in Europe and has plants in multiple countries.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the role:

  • Creation and consolidation of regional budget according to short and long term business plan.
  • Prepare and analyse regional quarterly forecast and yearly financial AOP and enforce AOP controls.
  • Year-end closing and quarterly and annual analysis reports.
  • Sales staff settlements control (commissions).
  • Monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet) and month-end closing.
  • Monthly financial results and analysis reports based on company requirements, national regulations and international standard.
  • Accounting processes control.
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable balance control.
  • Expenses reimbursement control.
  • Analysis and work out optimization proposal for MD of Rep.Offices activity, such as regional expenses.

The specific and other duties:

  • Financial and accounting regional staff evaluation.
  • Regional Management decisions support in terms of investments profitability, risk evaluation.
  • Take part in educational and development systems offered by corporation.
  • Improving qualifications in the financial management knowledge and use of modern financial management tools.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Candidate should hold a finance/accounting/banking degree.
  2. Minimum 5 years experiences on a similar position in international company and cooperation.
  3. Candidate must have at least one of the degree CPA/ACCA/CIMA.
  4. Candidate should have the knowledge of accounting and fiscal regulations, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, financial data consolidation, and IT tools (common Financial Software).
  5. Command of integrated systems, knowledge of MS Dynamics would be an advantage,
