- Demonstrate role model behaviours and commercial competencies for the commercial Organization to aspire to
- Meets country sales financial objectives by realizing New Business and Repeat Business targets; forecasting requirements; assists in preparing annual budgets;
- Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Drives performance by applying the appropriate leadership style, motivating team members for continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, consistent evaluations and positive feedback.
- Provides guidance and guidelines on segment- and transactional pricing to the sales team to maximise customer profitability.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the role, applicants should meet the following criteria;
- The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the lighting project sales.
- Prepared to Travel in the MENA region.
- Candidates need to have strong knowledge of the retail lighting sector.
- Applicants must have excellent spoken and written English, Arabic would be advantageous.
