Provide leadership and strategic direction in the development and implementation of a World Class Shared Service Centre (SSC) for the MEA Region. Interact with Region / Sector Senior Management to coordinate on strategy, short and long term plans and governance, and benchmark relevant KPIs. Partner with Region Senior Management to ensure timely cost-effective implementation that exceeds customer expectations.
Who we're looking for
We required a Qualified Accountant with a strong academic background, and/or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum of10 years multi-function SSC experience
• International assignment experience
• MNC experience, ideally with a US owned company
• FluentArabic and English in a must for this position
