Sales Manager - Arabic Speaking

As Regional Manager you will report to the Country Manager and be responsible for:
Planning, enabling & leading the distributor organization to achieve with excellence set Objectives, Goals, and Strategies.
Developing solid & strategic partnership with our distributor.
Sales and Marketing programs.
Developing & improving Supply Chain efficiency / stock availability.
Coaching and developing the KSA team.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is still early on in their career who is looking for a great career opportunity in a Multinational organization
You must possess the following:
Experience in Saudi Arabia working for a Multinational FMCG company.
A successful career in Business Development and Account Management
Managed a sales team or distribution partner.
Experience in sales training and presentations
Competency in English and Arabic.
Excellent negotiation skills.
A University degree
