General Manager - Sales

As General Manager - Salesbased in Saudi Arabia your role will be to achieve sales turnover and profitability in line with company objectives
while identifying key projects toexpand the customer base. Your mandate will also include:
• Build strategic relationships with key customers in the region
• Identify and understand customer needs and create workable solutions
• Keeping the team up to date on service capabilities for enhancing sales.
• Prepare presentations and proposals to win new business in line with customer specifications and commercial requirements.
• Coordinating and resolving customer service issuesto retain the customer and provide opportunityfor additional futurerevenue.
• Assisting the finance department in collecting unpaid debts.
• Organize efficient travel within agreed budgets and effectively manage entertainment budget.
• Ensure completion of customer satisfaction reports.
• Hold technical discussions with clients and provide solutions to client requirements.
• Interact with the operations department to ensure that the customer requirements are met as per their expectations.
• Deliver key account management programs
In addition you will be involved with the Tendering Function including review of terms and conditions and understand key sales drivers expand business.

Who we're looking for
Goal orientated sales professional who has managed large teams in the Middle East, including:
• Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• 5-6 years of proven experience in Technical and Commercial role
• Strong knowledge, understanding and experience of oilfield equipment products and oilfield service industry
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal, communications skills and outstanding ability to develop relationship with others
• Self starter and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
• Safe driving record and valid drivers license
• Good computer skills
• Experience in selling, repair and servicing of oilfield equipment
• Results Oriented "a go getter" and driven to over achieve budgets
