As Head of Sales & Operations Qatar your role will be to maximise sales opportunities on the ground through improving local performance and capability meeting company objectives. Your mandate will include:
• Accurate and timely delivery of revenue, profit and forecast targets.
• Oversee the design of tailored proposals to suit specific client's needs.
• Drive business through developing a target network of industry contacts.
• Monthly Management reporting & revenue forecasts to AGM
• Ensure the adherence to AME ISO 9001: 2000 processes and all QHSE policy and procedures.
• Sure efficient operations of facilities and fleet availability.
In addition you will continuously probe geographical market opportunities and give strategic input and communicate to the senior management team. team.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified professional with a strong customer focus and relationship management, in addition to:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Contract knowledge
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, EPC, Utilities and Engineering industrial sectors.
• Strong business development and driving new initiatives.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss reporting.
