Capex Procurement Manager

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the successful candidate will be responsible for securing product quality by implementing supplier strategies for capital expenditure of goods and services, fulfilling at the lowest cost of ownership.


Primary responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop strategic sourcing for local and regional procurement categories
• Supporting and implementing cost benchmarks for multiple capital projects
• Ensure requisitions are raised; following up on approval and order confirmation, payment and delivery for CAPEX equipment
• Forecasting CAPEX requirements
• Monitor and control adherence to the approved CAPEX expense budgets
• Implementing supplier strategy for CAPEX, in order to reduce time to market, reducing total cost of ownership, improving supply security and to boost innovation
• Ensure that all company's capital projects are completed within schedule, quality and cost limits

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will possess:
• Minimum of 4 years related CAPEX experience, preferably from a FMCG or food and beverages background
• Graduate from a reputable university
• Additional qualifications in Supply Chain Management, preferably in Purchasing
• Excellent understanding about technical capital categories
