Reporting to the regional technical manager, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the regulatory & scientific affairs strategy is consistently implemented in the local organisations. You will be responsible for +10 countries in total across the GCC & Levant regions. You will be indirectly managing the countries to assure all relevant functions deliver safe, compliant and attractive products to maintain customer trust in the brand and services. In addition you will actively engage with the relevant regional authorities (MoH) and industry associations.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science and/or Law. You will have been working in the food industry for a minimum 10 years, with clear managerial responsibilities over large teams (direct/indirect). Your experience will have been gained in a complex operational environment for a leading multinational FMCG business. You have experience with crisis management and issue resolution as well as a highly developed ability to build personal relationships across functions and geographies, internally & externally.
