Technical Manager - Middle East

Based in the client headquarters in Dubai, you will have 15 direct reports and indirect responsibility for over 250 staff of which would consist of technical and non technical individuals. Your key accountabilities include:

Operational

• To deliver customers expectation, ensuring that our clients receive standard of services
• Setting up the standards for the operations and ensure that these are maintained
• Overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• To support deployment of leadership and team spirit across portfolio
• Support recruitment process and retention programmes
• Develop a benchmark database from his existing operation (utilities and facilities)
• Preparation and assessment of operation reports

Financial

• Understand contractual commitments avoiding major financial and legal risks
• Support Director to deliver yearly budget

Who we're looking for
To be considered for the Senior Operations Manager position, you will have the following minimum requirements:

• English and speaker with excellent communication skills
• Engineering Degree majoring in mechanical (preferably) or electrical
•15 years minimum experience in delivering multi-technical services and energy management (LEED / BREEAM)
• Strong leadership and team spirit and able to motivate and encourage staff
• Very well organised and efficient technical account management expertise
• Ability to produce technical reports and analysis

What's on offer
The client will reward the right candidate with a monthly package of AED 38,000 to AED 46,000 per annum (basic, housing and transport) plus flights and medical
