Global Product Manager - Powder Coatings

Reporting to the Global Director your role will be to manage the Architectural coatings products throughout the product lifecycle, increase profitability of the Architectural product portfolio and manage all projects throughout the innovation process. In addition to:

• Gather and prioritize product and customer needs, defining the product vision, and develop successful new products within the architectural vertical.
• Set pricing in connection with Segment sales to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Manage segmentation exercise with the objective of strengthen sales focus, give directions to marketing communications and drive product innovation.
• Analyze monthly sales analysis for the segment; watch the sales trends and deviation vs. budgets
• Develop the brand stamp and positioning for all the products within the segment

In addition you will organise and roll-out internal and external product launch with Marketing Communications, improve systems and processes where needed and play an active role in global Architectural Seminars and Conferences.

Who we're looking for
To be successful as Global Product Manager you must be Degree/Masters qualified and have previous experience in the Powder Coatings, including:
• Previous experience as an end to end product manager
• Technical knowledge of the architectural coatings industry.
• Strong Marketing background.
• Strategic approach to market segmentation.

It is imperative you will have strong networking, communication and presentation skills coupled with being a self driven, self starting professional with the ability to seize market opportunities and motivate the wider network.
