Global Business Development Manager Coatings

Reporting to the Global Director your role will be to improve the global market position and profitability of Powder Coatings into a newly identified customer segment - ensuring the business is the preferred and specified supplier amongst all customers and end users. Your mandate will include:
• Analysis of customer needs and trends, decision making processes and market situations including competitor landscape
• Develop concept strategy along with growth targets
• Actively build strong relationships with key clients including establishing and maintaining contact with main OEM's.

In addition you will work closely and support Industrial Sales Managers and GM's to equip and train the network with relevant concept needs and be an active member of Industrial management team.

Who we're looking for
To be successful as Global Business Development Manager you must be Degree/Masters qualified and have previous experience in the Powder Coatings or Liquids industry, including:
• Previous experience in driving the value chain of a new product
• Technical knowledge of coatings industry.
• Strong Sales & Marketing background.
• Commercially astute, ability to drive business opportunities.

It is imperative you will have strong networking, communication and presentation skills coupled with being a self driven, self starting professional with the ability to seize market opportunities and motivate the wider network.
