Direct, manage and lead the HR & Services function which develops and implements HR, personnel and services policies and procedures for the company in order to ensure effective HR business partnership and provisions of HR services which support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives.
Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Human Resources or any Business Administration related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Organisation Behaviour preferred.
• Attendance on relevant functionally-related post-graduate programs covering such areas as motivation theory, management of employee performance, reward strategy, strategy and HR strategy.
Minimum Experience:
• 10 years of HR experience in a large industrial or blue-chip multi-national organisation.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
