Reporting to the VP of Human Resources ( HR ), you will drive change in key areas of the HR platform and oversee the effective implementation across all areas of the organisation. Managing a team of four professionals you will specifically oversee Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policy and Workforce Planning. Furthermore you will instil a results focussed and team orientated culture, leading from the front in all areas.
Who we're looking for
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant HR experience gained within an internationally recognised University, however candidates from HR centric world class organisations with best practice systems and processes will also be considered. Experience across the key functions of Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Policy and Workforce planning is essential, be that as a generalist with in-depth experience or having performed the functions in a specialist capacity.
