Trade : mid level with broad trade experience, particularly in antidumping and anti-subsidy investigations
Commercial / Transactions: broad range of experience in M&A, JV formation & support, project management, sales & procurement support, anti trust, compliance, corporate governance
Islamic Finance : broad experience in all areas of Islamic Finance
Intellectual Property : particular focus on patents,technology licences, research development agreements, collaboration agreements, management experience, chemistry or chemical engineering background ideal
Domestic lawyer : broad range of experience in Saudi Legal matters, including regulatory, corporate governance, domestic litigation, compliance matters, labour law

Who we're looking for
Well qualified lawyers with the appropriate skill sets outlined above, international experience from multi-national firms able to live and work in Riyadh
