• Coordinate and provide relevant information for monthly forecasts and ensure that the accruals in the books of accounts are done in line with forecasts made.
• Analyze performance against targets and benchmark with competitors' performance.
• Work closely with Treasury and the budget team to ensure accurate Cash and Working Capital Forecast.
• Suggest and implement cost reduction and management initiatives.
• Review proposals and Business cases received by the business.
• Exercising budgetary control by close involvement in the divisional budgeting process and reporting variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare appropriate corporate performance measurement packs for divisional controlling in a timely manner.
• Review of business cases to identify risks associated with achieving corporate goals and addressing these risks
• Evaluate Financial Statements of Contractors', Associate Companies' and Third Parties to ensure their financial strength, stability and viability before awarding of the contracts and entering into other transactions.
• Effectively oversee the Corporate Financial Control (CFC) department and ensure a high-level of service to our internal and external customers.
Who we're looking for
3 requirements thatMUST be satisfied to be considered for this role:
1) fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CMA/CFA/MBA) first class candidates
2) Aviation sector experience
3) 5 years of related working experience
