Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will lead the Corporate Human Resources function on a group wide basis by identifying and evaluating areas of competitive advantage through the definition of the Human Resources strategy and programs, the development of human resources and organizational capabilities and the provision of organisation advice of highest quality to the group Executive Management as well as countries' management. The position has a direct contribution to enable the group to meet the organisation development/change management requirements of the future.
Who we're looking for
Applicants must have all of the following to apply;
• 15 to 20 years HR experience in structured organization (A large amount of this experienced must have been gained within a recognised multinational company)
• Proven track record to HR Director / Group HR Director level.
• Strong conceptual ability.
• Ability to manage and work in a diversified work environment.
• Exceptional people & strategic Leadership Capability.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• The ability to act as a change agent, to engage, encourage, involve and lead others to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Project Management skills
• Languages -A strong preference given to tri-lingual candidates -(Arabic, French and English speaking) but as a minimum, applicants must speak both French and English.
Applicants should have an emphasis on sales-led type organisations. (For example retail or FMCG).
