Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team overseeing the operations for Labour Camp communities in Dubai. You will ensure best practice is implements and have overall responsibility for managing the soft and hard facilities service contracts with external suppliers.You will be involved in the following areas:

• Day to day community operations
• Liaising, managing and negotiating with partners, customers and suppliers
• Business Development
• Working closely with the Chairman to execute the corporate and business objectives
• Successful Delivery of projects
• Maximise profitability and return of investment.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree preferably in a real estate related field. You will have 4-8 years experience in a similar industry in the Middle East and have a strong financial acumen (dealing with banks / financial institutions). You will be well versed in management reporting, budgeting and be very processed driven. Strong operations experience and an ability to handle large revenue volumes in a must. Fluency in Arabic is also a pre requisite.
