Reporting to the Regional HR Director, your main focus will be to lead the Employee Relations, Recruitment and HRIS areas of the HR function. With a team of approximately 10 initially (3 direct reports), you will work closely with the Regional HRD to continue to develop HR strategy and effective delivery across the 1,200+ staff population in Abu Dhabi in line with the broader business objectives.
Who we're looking for
- A strong HR generalist at Senior HR Manager level and with a proven track record within large multinational/global organisations.
- A minimum of 10 years in Human resources and 4 of which must be at Human Resources Manager level.
- Excellent knowledge of global/regional mobility of staff into/out of Middle East.
- Expert in labour laws and local HR restrictions for Abu Dhabi/ UAE/ Middle East.
- Ability to liaise and be highly credible with senior management.
- Excellent team management ability.
- Highly ethical/ transparent in approach.
- It is essential that you have proven experience within a similar position within the Middle East for a minimum of 2 years. Applications from candidates without Middle East Experience cannot be considered unfortunately.
