After Sales Support Services Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage Customer Support and Services for the MENA region
- Managing Services and Support to Channel partners and customers.
- Warranty management and repair services management
- Customer service management and channel partner management
-Managing vendors,including repair vendors, logistic partners and vendors and customer contact centres.
- The Support & Services manager will be P&L responsible
- Development and implementation of processes and service models
- Work with sales team to enhance customer experience

Who we're looking for
Potential candidates will exhibit the following skill set and experience:

- At least 10 years of experience with After sales Customer and Channel Service functions, systems and procedures.
- UAE Experience is vital
- Experience managing After Sales support in the GCC or Middle East at large.
- Broad knowledge and experience with quality and performance standards
- Product Repair and Support Management experience
- Vendor Management experience (repair vendors, logistic vendors and Customer Contact Centres)
- Experience managing and training employees; including setting of KPIs
- Strong English communication and presentation skills (Arabic would be a plus)
- Experience developing and implementing Service delivery metrics and parameters
- Experience working with and supporting Sales team.
