Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, the Indirect Sourcing Officer supports the overall performance and compliance of the Sourcing function.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensures best price is negotiated and obtained for purchases. Specifically prepare requests for quotations, negotiate, select and identify most appropriate supplier in collaboration with requesting department. And manage the administrative flow of the purchasing process.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure a favourable outcome in regards to sourcing needs.
• Ensure that other required countries, adhere to the compliance issues where possible.
• Implement and follow global sourcing plans as directed from the Head Of Sourcing.
• Report all savings and ensure that best practice procurement systems are used where possible.
• Ensures the optimum implementation and value creation of global category strategies in the region, in cooperation with Global Category managers.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:

•2 to5 years procurement experience within a multinational organization, preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG
• Related Business degree
• Prior experience in procurement of indirect categories
• Holds or is studying towards a Purchasing qualification (CIPS, Masters level)
