Head of Sales Real Estate Development

As Head of Sales Real Estate Development you will report into the Senior Director and head up a large team (10+) of sales professionals taking full responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets, your mandate will include:

• Plan sales targets with the organization's top management
• Identify channels and match resources and budgets to sales targets
• Allocating resources to sales tasks, follow up on sales executions, give targets to Sales Managers.
• Participates in advertising & promotions campaign planning to ensure consistency between the sales & marketing functions
• Design of right campaign at the right time, provide the right pricing and the right message to clients
• Participate with finance in finding lending solutions to clients including negotiate and agree on terms with banks
• Introduce banking options to customers and interface with banks and home loan agencies to secure additional funding sources for customers
• Identify potential customer segments for prospective property development projects

In addition you will take full responsibility of analysis on clients wants and needs
and provide analysis on sales forecasts and projections

Who we're looking for
To be selected for this role you MUST have a minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience, with 5 years experience in a senior real estate sales management role, including the following:

• Knowledge of the Gulf real estate sales markets required
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems required
• Working knowledge of Arabic required, knowledge of a second language advantageous
• Minimum of Bachelors degree in management or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience, with 5 years experience in a senior real estate sales management role
• Road show management experience required
