Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Services

Reporting the VP of HR, the successful candidate will support the current and evolving HR demands required within the organisation relating to Talent Acquisition, manpower planning and related HR services.
• As talent/recruitment focussed HR business partner your will work closely with senior Managers/Leadership to diagnose and solve workforce challenges.
• You will oversee, manage, measure and control the HR Talent Acquisition & Service Delivery teams via implementation and refinement of models, systems and processes specifically tailored to service the relevant areas.
• You will ensure that reviews of staffing needs are conducted and workforce plans are developed.
• Personally oversee the hiring of all senior and executive positions.
• Closely manage and improve the hiring model and hiring processes and act as the focal point of contact for executives.
• Oversee the hiring process of all categories of labor including external consultants for specific projects.
• Provide advice, in conjunction with organization design, workforce planning and transition initiatives.

Who we're looking for
This opportunity requires an experienced HR professional with significant exposure to successfully managing recruitment/talent acquisition teams within a reputable multinational business.
Applicants should have;
• 10 years of experience in human resources and at least5 years in Recruitment Management/Talent Acquisition Management role within a reputable and recognised multinational brand.
• A stable and progressive career track record.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Organization Development; Master's degree desirable.

• CIPD, SHRM or similar is desirable but not essential
