FM Account Manager

Due to a large extension of a lucrative and long term framework, our client is looking to recruit an FM Account Director that has strong service delivery exposure within the 5 star hospitality sector or and iconic malls or residential development. The role is divided into four main areas being client care, operational delivery, staff management and financial management. You will be solely responsible for the following:

• Develop, oversee and deliver a quality cleaning service.
• Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional levels of service delivery.
• Manage other 3rd party soft service providers such as pest control, waste management and security providers to obtain the quality results expected by the client.
• Monitor all staff performance and have responsibility in deploying all senior managers.
• Ensure that site policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Manage and develop relationships internally and externally.
• Assist the company in the financial management of the contract.
• Liaise and advise the client on developing strategies to improve the processes across the site.
• Establish and maintain high quality health, safety and environment arrangements, in accordance with best practice guidelines.
• Be familiar with mechanical and electrical equipment on site and have a basic understanding of the purpose and general working of such equipment.

The role will be based in Dubai in between the site and our client's corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an iconic landmark in Dubai and add value to the overall maintenance of the property.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 10 years experience within a service delivery environment within either the 5 star hospitality industry, prestigious malls or an iconic residential or retail complex. You will have a strong track record in facilities management and have knowledge of high access cleaning procedures. You will hold at least a diploma in a relevant subject along with a post graduate certification. Further required knowledge and skills include:

• Ability to manage a different and diverse group of nationalities.
• Strong commercial awareness from experience and / or qualification.
• Strong budgetary management experience with previous P&L responsibility.
• Sound knowledge of HSE and QA procedures and policies.
• Complete knowledge of all facets of cleaning.
• Member of a recognised international cleaning standards institute.
