Quality Assurance Manager

Due to a large extension of a lucrative and long term framework, our client is looking to recruita QualityAssurance Managerthat has strong service delivery exposure within the 5 star hospitality sector or and iconic malls or residential development. You main duties will be to ensure that our clients services meet both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. This will include the following tasks:

• Act as the point of contact for all quality related matters.
• Coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards
• Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system
• Liaise with inter-departmental heads to ensure the quality system is functioning properly and advise on changes and their implementation and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
• Set quality objectives ensuring that targets are achieved.
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operational staff.

This position will be permanently based in Dubai and will involve time spent on site and within the corporate office.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 12 years experience within a service delivery environment within either the 5 star hospitality industry, prestigious malls or an iconic residential or retail complex. Out of this experience at least 5 years must be as a Senior QA / QC. You will have a strong track record in facilities management and have an understanding of operations and maintenance contracts. You will hold a degree in Quality Management and preferablyhave a post graduate in facilities management. Further required knowledge and skills include:

• Ability to manage a different and diverse group of nationalities.
• Lead auditor ISO 9001 and ISO 9001 : 2008.
• Ability to lead a team and work accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
