Working as part of a strong management team and under the guidance of a new CEO, your mandate as Head of IT is to oversee the transformation of the IT function for this well known and respected Bank. This will include and not be limited to, developing the IT roadmap, building infrastructure, developing more sophisticated communications, improving core banking applications and security / disaster recovery. The role will require the management of internal and external stakeholders, including vendor selection, negotiation and management, among other tasks. Who we're looking for
My client is looking for candidates with:
• Extensive IT experience in the banking and financial services sector
• You will have managed a business transformation project for the IT function, specifically developing the IT roadmap,
• Manage all internal and external stakeholders with regards to operational deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships is required to be successful in this role.
• Arabic language skills a bonus.
