Reporting to the HR Director this HR Manager role will involve all areas of generalist HR including but not limited to Emiritisation,recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits. Working closely with key stakeholders you will help support the businesses growth and rapid expansion plans in the Middle East region as well as playing a pivotal role in achieving Emiritisation targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a UAE National to join a rapidly expanding organisation and to develop their career in Human Resources.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates with have the following:
-5 years + experience working in a dedicated HR department, with exposure to all areas of generalist HR
- Proven experience in Emiritisation is absolutely essential.
-Some managerial experience would be a plus.
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
-Ambitious, hard working and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
-UAE National passport and family book
