The candidate will come from a strong Compensation and Benefits background that can provide supervision to the C&B function. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in C& B systems and programme design.
You will be involved in analyzing salary and benefits and planning against internal and external market assessments. Providing salary proposals for all newly created roles and proposing reward structures to retain senior members of the business. The position will be responsible for acting as an advisor to senior stake holders on C& B related matters.
Who we're looking for
The candidate must be degree educated in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. (Masters Degree and SPHR or CIPD preferred).
At least have a minimum of 4 years experience working in a Compensations and Benefits Team with exposure to HAY methodology.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and has previously influenced senior stake holders
You must be highly analytical and have advanced knowledge of technical systems (Oracle and SAP). Advance Microsoft Excel Skills with experience in developing C& B models.
