Reporting to the Head of Governance and Monitoring, and managing a small team, you will be responsible for providing relevant strategic investment advice and analysis to assist the organisation in achieving its strategic plans. Specifically, this will include:

• advising on the financial performance of entities within the Group including recommendations to improve performance of assets and management of key risks within the investment portfolio
• providing strategic advice on key business opportunities including developing the investment strategy and portfolio analysis
• leading the development of consolidated performance reports for the Group (including monthly/quarterly investment reports and annual reports)
• providing input into the development of Corporate Governance policy

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be qualified as a MBA / CPA / CFA / ACA. Extensive knowledge in financial management is a prerequisite as is a proven track record at a senior level in investment banking, financial advisory and/or corporate finance. This is a high profile role which interacts and supports management at the highest level. As such, the capacity to interact at all levels and present to senior stakeholders is critical to your success in this role.
