This HR generalist role will involve supporting the HR Director to implement and execute the HR strategies for the business. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes relating to talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with with a leading Multinational company.

Who we're looking for
Degree qualified, you present with 5 years of solid HR generalist experience within a MULTINATIONAL environment, ideally FMCG/Consumer/Pharmaceutical. You must be passionate and proactive with strong interpersonal skills for this critical and hands on role.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
A preference will be given to UAE Nationals.
